Advanced CNC Production Workshop
We adopt mature hydraulic forming technology and automatic CNC grinding systems for all tungsten steel rotary files. Our production workshops are equipped with batches of high-precision five-axis linkage CNC grinders, which ensure consistent cutting tooth precision, uniform hardness and long service life of each carbide grinding head.
Every batch of raw tungsten carbide rods is strictly screened before production, adopting high wear-resistant YG6/YG7 alloy material. We supply two standard flutes: single cut for hard metal grinding, double cut for soft materials like wood, aluminum and plastic, covering all mainstream application demands of rotary files.
Strict Full-process Quality Control
We build a complete QC system covering raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished product dimension detection, finished product hardness test and cutting performance verification. Professional inspectors use VMS image measuring instruments and hardness testers to check every carbide rotary burr, effectively avoid burr deformation, tooth collapse and uneven cutting problems.
All finished rotary files will pass anti-rust packaging and classification storage, standard sets with color-coded plastic boxes to meet wholesale and retail packaging demands. We support customized logo, packaging and shape for brand distributors.
Full Range of Carbide Rotary Burr Products
As a full-line carbide rotary file factory, we supply complete shapes of grinding heads: cylinder, ball, oval, tree, flame, cylindrical radius end, taper radius end, cone, inverted cone shape. We produce two common shank sizes: 6mm D/C type shank and 3mm N-type shank, matching most die grinders and electric carving tools.
